📋 Description

• Support payroll operations across the U.S. while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. • Manage payroll corrections, including W-2C processing and amended tax filings. • Assist with calculating the organization’s payroll on a regular basis using ADP Workforce Now. • Process timely payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately. • Maintain and update payroll information, including employee records and payroll adjustments. • Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements. • Prepare manual checks and wire requests as needed. • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees. • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure proper integration of payroll data. • Assist in the preparation of financial audits related to payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience performing payroll functions. • Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax Regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, audit employee tax setups, including multi-state and local taxation, and maintain and update state tax configurations. • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP). • Familiarity with labor and tax laws. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
