📋 Description

• Drive sales growth and clinical adoption of Rampart products within the assigned territory • Generate new business and expand usage within existing customer accounts • Educate and train physicians, nurses, and techs to ensure product adoption • Lead product installations and provide clinical support • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas • Partner with marketing and commercial leadership to grow brand awareness • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions • Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing, or Engineering • 5+ years of medical device sales or clinical operations experience • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a difference in healthcare
