📋 Description

• Develop solutions across business and technology within Enterprise Architecture guidelines • Create overviews of current and future business and IT processes • Establish and implement changes to the operational environment • Recommend and participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture • Lead extended teams collaboratively while driving timelines and outputs • Analyze, evaluate, and develop enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans and delivery roadmaps • Develop data management strategy, data architecture, and data governance processes • Design and implement standards, tools, and methodologies and lead their adoption • Identify areas for further study and participate in Proof of Concept projects • Create communications artifacts explaining architectural concepts and their value • Collaborate with projects across the Medicaid enterprise to review solution objectives and constraints • Determine conformance with Enterprise Architecture, SOA, and software engineering patterns • Recommend and explain suitable technical architecture and define high-level solutions • Ensure technology solutions are secured according to Identity Management and Access Control standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline • 8+ years enterprise architecture experience • Highly knowledgeable on applicable industry and government standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, ISO standards, FEA, MITA, etc. • Experience with developing architecture models in the Health and Human Services sector, using industry standard tools and notations (e.g SparxEA, ArchiMate) • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to collaborate closely with others; ability to prevent or reduce conflict • Experience and skills with integration architectures, architectural patterns, and Service Oriented Architecture within Health and Human Services • Exposure to data management and data governance • Rudimentary understanding of technical implementation • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts • No Corp to Corp (C2C) or 1099 employees
