📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Rapid7's Threat Response portfolio, including MDR, Preemptive MDR, Endpoint agent, and SOAR/Response capabilities • Translate customer needs, SOC operational insights, vulnerability management workflows, market intelligence, and customer expectations into a prioritized roadmap • Define how analysts, automation, and AI work together to deliver consistent, high-quality managed security outcomes • Align and inspire global cross-functional teams across SOC Operations, Detection Science, Vulnerability Research, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales • Lead teams to deliver high-quality services and capabilities on time and drive customer value • Transform market trends, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and operational data into an actionable backlog • Improve managed service delivery through AI, automation, analyst augmentation, and disruptive service innovations • Make efficient, transparent, data-backed decisions and resolve roadblocks across the service delivery chain • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer and analyst experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience focused on managed security services, MDR, SOC operations and related SIEM, security analytics, SOAR and/or EDR/XDR platforms • Deep familiarity with the operational realities of a 24x7 managed service delivery model • Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection methodologies, proactive threat hunting, vulnerability assessment and prioritization, incident response workflows, and the managed services delivery market • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-stakes security environments • Superior communication skills for articulating product objectives, strategic rationale, and service value to stakeholders at all levels • Insatiable curiosity, commitment to driving progress over perfection, and resilience navigating organizational and market change • Rigorous, disciplined, and data-driven approach to evaluating service product performance, measuring customer impact, and prioritizing investments
