📋 Description

• Directly manage Product Managers, including coaching, mentoring, scoping work, and prioritizing tasks • Help Product Managers grow their skills, identify growth areas, set expectations, and provide feedback • Lead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX across planning, prioritization, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements • Develop product plans aligned with market requirements and growth opportunities • Collaborate with customers and cloud ecosystem partners to develop functional and technical requirements with Engineering • Use utilization metrics, user feedback, and customer partnerships to support data-driven product decisions • Develop content, messaging, and competitive positioning with Product and Marketing leadership • Integrate AI into product management practices to improve efficiency, insight, and customer value • Own the product lifecycle and drive strategic innovation for the Insight platform

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management roles • Demonstrated track record of shipping meaningful product in complex or ambiguous environments • Preferably experience within Cyber Security or an AI driven SDLC • 3+ years of experience in product team leadership • AI fluency, including selecting and using AI appropriately to solve problems, make decisions, and increase productivity • Experience managing engaged and high-performing Product Management teams • Track record of developing and mentoring Product Managers at all levels • Customer-first mindset and understanding of customer needs • Ability to drive outcomes and own successes and failures • Ability to build credibility and trust with engineering, design, data, and senior stakeholders • Crisp communication skills and ability to formulate clear product opinions • Comfort working through organizational change • Ability to make efficient, transparent decisions resolving roadmap challenges • Ability to work globally and across organizational boundaries • Ability to drive consensus across disparate product cohorts • Alignment with Rapid7 core values
