📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the Applications Engineering department • Drive the development of innovative technical solutions, system designs, and engineering proposals • Lead, mentor, and manage the Applications Engineering department • Oversee the development of technical solutions, system designs, and comprehensive engineering proposals • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors • Assist executive leadership with strategic planning, market analysis, technology adoption, and operational growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • 7+ years of progressive engineering experience within an EPC environment, microgrid technology, or power generation industry • At least 5+ years in a senior management or directorial leadership role • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a must • Profound understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls, and civil engineering principles • Strong familiarity with utility interconnection processes, permitting requirements, and national codes/standards • Exceptional commercial aptitude with a proven track record • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
