• Drive the effectiveness of our sales organization by designing and delivering innovative training programs • Lead initiatives that strengthen new hire onboarding • Continuously advance the development and enablement of sales and sales support teams • Deliver New Hire Sales Training Programs • Develop & deliver sales training programs and initiatives • Assess participant skill and knowledge levels and provide feedback to leadership • Provide guidance regarding coaching and performance management opportunities • Participate in training functions, special events, and corporate conferences • Coach and train sales representatives and sales leaders • Collaborate with content development and design team and ensure training programs reflect current practices
• Bachelor's Degree or Adult learning certificate or accreditation preferred • 3-5 years' experience in a consultative sales position with proven knowledge of the sales process and sales technique and skills preferred • 1-2 years' experience professional facilitation • 1-2 years' experience in a sales role or organization Professional office work environment • Ability to read learning participants and adapt to meet needs • Ability to partner with field leadership when presented with potential performance gaps within programs • Ability to recommend development and coaching strategies • Experience with learning related software (screen capture, recording, eLearning authoring tools, etc.) an asset • A strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines • Available for domestic or international travel when required • Professional office work environment
