📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate weekly invoices to clients in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile billing data with consultant timesheets, project records, and client purchase orders • Maintain up-to-date client records, including billing terms and contact details • Track invoice status, monitor payments, and follow up on overdue accounts • Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to verify hours and project details before billing • Generate billing reports and summaries for internal stakeholders • Support month-end reconciliation and reporting processes • Identify and correct invoicing discrepancies or data inconsistencies • Maintain organized digital records and adhere to company data and privacy standards • Communicate with clients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available during Mountain Daylight Time hours • 2+ years of invoicing or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a service-based or consulting business • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required • Experience invoicing multiple clients with varying billing structures • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal English is required
