📋 Description

• manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding • serve as a trusted talent advisor to executive-level hiring managers and business leaders • develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies • build and maintain strong pipelines of PR and communications professionals • drive hiring processes with a high degree of organization • deliver a best-in-class candidate experience • promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruiting efforts • stay informed on healthcare communications industry trends • leverage recruiting data and insights to identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience • prior recruiting experience within a PR agency environment • demonstrated success recruiting across Integrated Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Patient Advocacy, Social & Digital Communications, or related disciplines • experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders • strong knowledge of the healthcare communications agency landscape • exceptional organizational and project management skills • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • proficiency with recruiting technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar platforms • highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently • availability to support the business in a full-time contract capacity
