📋 Description

• Define and lead enterprise-level strategies that advance client objectives and position the organization as a market leader • Serve as a primary strategic partner to senior client stakeholders • Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics into strategies • Oversee integrated business planning, forecasting, and alignment across multiple portfolios • Establish success metrics and optimization through data-driven insights • Mentor senior account leaders and foster a culture of high performance • Direct large-scale budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation • Partner with internal and client teams to uphold medical, legal, and regulatory standards • Identify and lead organic growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 15+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, agency leadership, or pharmaceutical/biotech industries • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, including ownership of $5M–$10M+ in annual revenue • Expertise in peer-to-peer education, omnichannel strategy, and regulatory compliance within healthcare • Demonstrated success building and scaling accounts with strong expansion potential • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Moderate overnight/weekend travel (up to 30%)
