📋 Description

• Conduct training and administrative duties of the CAM Central group • Approve time cards • Complete training of new hires in CAM Central • Build and foster positive relationships with coworkers to ensure a high level of service • Attend monthly Manager’s and training meetings as required • Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct • Analyze and deal with a variety of situations that could otherwise become potential problems • Perform other work-related tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• MUST have a Florida CAM license • Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required • CAI designation(s) strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
