📋 Description

• Serve as the functional owner for AI Leasing, AI Resident, AI Operations, AI Facilities, AI Finance, and AI Spend implementations • Represent Implementations in cross-functional alignment with Product, GMs, Sales, Customer Success, and other Delivery leaders • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior consultants • Define and execute long-term strategies for scaling consulting capacity and expertise • Establish and govern implementation standards, processes, and best practices • Partner with Product and GM leadership to influence roadmap decisions • Provide executive-level oversight for complex or strategic customer implementations • Own implementation performance, including productivity, backlog health, on-time delivery, and customer outcomes • Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience, reduce friction, and improve time-to-value • Represent AI Lumina Workforce Consulting in Weekly Business Reviews and executive forums • Lead escalation management and executive communication for implementation issues • Incorporate AI into internal implementation and delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels • Strong project and program management skills • Expert-level knowledge of RealPage products, including OneSite, Facilities, Knock, and LOFT • Deep understanding of multifamily leasing, operations, financial operations, revenue impact, data dependencies, and implementation lifecycle • Strong business acumen and ability to influence without authority • Experience leveraging data and metrics for decision-making, performance improvement, and executive reporting • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills • Demonstrated ability to identify risk, drive resolution, and communicate clearly at all levels • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience delivering executive presentations and representing organizations in WBRs and senior leadership forums • Ability to operate a personal computer • May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds
