📋 Description

• Lead the implementation experience for add-on customers. • Identify and mitigate risks throughout implementation projects. • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs. • Analyze, decide, and build project schedules to meet customer expectations. • Keep customers informed about implementation progress. • Answer customer questions and promptly address and resolve concerns. • Consult with customers to determine, guide, and gather required documents, data, and other deliverables. • Track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks. • Take proactive action to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule. • Lead implementation projects for larger, more complex customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects and portfolios. • Experience working with RealPage products or in the multifamily industry. • 6 years of proven experience in implementation and/or project management. • Strong communication, presentation, and relational skills. • Ability to synthesize complex information for stakeholders of various technical backgrounds. • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects over several months. • Strong attention to detail and documentation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated and comfortable owning onboarding target metrics. • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to customer success.
