📋 Description

• Lead the domain-first solutions engine of the sales and delivery motion • Own the presales function end to end, from discovery through handoff into delivery • Manage and grow a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts • Set the vision and standards for scoping, demonstrating, and winning strategic opportunities • Lead scoping and discovery for strategic prospects, uncover requirements, identify risks, and define outcome-oriented solutions • Partner with Sales to drive technical wins on strategic and enterprise opportunities • Run the RFP response process end to end • Ensure clean, repeatable handoffs from presales scoping into implementation • Design and build AI-assisted tools, skills, and agentic workflows to improve team speed and output quality • Publish, speak, and advocate for Cherre's perspective on real assets data and semantic infrastructure • Translate market and client signals into product roadmap input

🎯 Requirements

• Deep real assets domain expertise spanning capital stack, fund structures, debt and equity vehicles, investment vehicles, property operations, leasing, maintenance, and tenant/resident experience • Track record scoping and designing solutions across the full real estate asset stack • Global and cross-asset-class experience across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and alternative assets • Experience across US, European, and APAC market conventions and regulatory contexts • 10+ years in real estate, proptech, or consulting • Experience leading teams of domain and technical experts • Technical fluency in entity resolution, graph-based data models, and semantic layer architecture • Ability to engage credibly with client data and engineering teams on identity, confidence, and lineage • Understanding of typed, governed interfaces built for agent consumption and related product architecture implications • Demonstrated thought leadership through publishing or speaking on real assets, data, or investment strategy • Executive presence for external representation and strategic deals • Ability to operate as both a hands-on player and coach, including hiring, developing, and leading teams • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience building tools, automations, or agentic workflows • Nice to have: experience with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, building AI agents and agentic workflows, GitHub, and knowledge-management tools such as Obsidian
