📋 Description

• Designing and executing quality frameworks that ensure the reliability, accuracy, and ethical performance of AI-powered systems and operational workflows. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality assurance best practices. • Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas of improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of QA/operations experience, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or service-driven industries. • Proven ability to use AI/automation tools for QA, reporting, and training. • Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and client coordination skills. • Experience with CRMs, project management tools, and process optimization.
