📋 Description

• Perform active outbound prospecting daily • Build lists of potential clients and identify ideal profiles • Make first-contact calls to cold leads • Qualify potential clients according to internal criteria • Schedule sales meetings with leads ready to close • Log interactions and pipeline in the CRM • Ensure a consultative, courteous approach aligned with the lead’s stage

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR (outbound + inbound) • Proficiency in outbound prospecting, list building, cadences, and qualification • Strong experience in cold outreach and first-touch conversations • Experience in the education sector is a strong plus (colleges, universities, etc.) • Good communication, friendliness, and the ability to read the lead’s stage • Organized with disciplined routines • CRM knowledge
