📋 Description

• Process and prepare real estate transactions, including closing statements • Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors • Schedule closings and manage the closing calendar • Manage, review, and close real estate transactions • Manage escrow transactions from opening through funding, recording, and policy issuance • Review title commitments and identify title requirements, defects, and curative items • Prepare Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, HUDs when applicable, and other closing documents • Verify lender instructions and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied • Balance escrow accounts and settlement statements • Schedule and coordinate remote, mobile, attorney, and mail-away closings • Review executed documents for completeness before funding • Coordinate recording of deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust, satisfactions, and other legal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Title Insurance agent • Five years of prior real estate and/or title insurance experience • Ability to review and understand real estate contracts, title commitments, and closing documents • Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end • Clean financial background for bank accounts • Experience managing escrow transactions from opening through funding, recording, and policy issuance • Ability to review title commitments and identify title requirements, defects, and curative items • Ability to prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, HUDs when applicable, and other closing documents • Ability to verify lender instructions and ensure all closing conditions have been satisfied • Ability to balance escrow accounts and settlement statements accurately • Ability to schedule and coordinate remote, mobile, attorney, and mail-away closings • Ability to review executed documents for completeness prior to funding • Ability to coordinate recording of deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust, satisfactions, and other legal documents • Qualia experience preferred • Simplifille knowledge preferred • Snapdocs knowledge preferred • State-specific knowledge in PA, NJ, NC, SC, and TN ideal • Ability to effectively interact and communicate verbally and in writing • Detailed, organized, and task oriented • Able to solve problems and meet timelines • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Dependable and self-motivated
