📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close • Prepare, distribute, and review contracts, addendums, disclosures, and other required documents • Maintain accurate and compliant transaction records • Manage closing events, moving schedules, and documentation • Initiate title orders and collaborate with title agencies • Maintain proactive communication with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders • Provide updates and address concerns • Regularly update HubSpot CRM with detailed transaction notes • Resolve transaction issues promptly and assign tasks for timely completion • Train and support new team members on transaction coordination processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required • 2+ years in real estate/wholesale and transaction coordination • Strong communication, project management, attention to detail, and customer service skills • Proficiency with Google Apps, Outlook, CRM systems, Qualia, and other real estate technology preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently • Commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
