📋 Description

• Verantwortlich für das Customer Success Hospital Team und Steuerung der Performance. • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung der CSMs. • Erwartungsmanagement und Deeskalation mit zentralen Stakeholdern. • End-to-end Verantwortung für das Hospital-Portfolio: Segmentierung, Priorisierung. • Datenbasierte Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung leiten.

🎯 Requirements

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Success oder Account Management (B2B) – idealerweise im Healthcare-/Krankenhausumfeld. • Führungserfahrung (mind. 1–2 Jahre) und erfolgreiche Teamsteuerung. • Starke Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten auf Klinikseite. • Strukturierte und datenbasierte Arbeitsweise mit KPIs. • Erfahrung in cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit.
