📋 Description

• You ensure that clients not only start the program but genuinely complete it, achieve results, and remain with us long-term. • You conduct regular one-on-one calls, group coaching sessions, and follow-ups. • You make sure that at least 50% of all clients purchase an additional product from us and proactively schedule handoffs with our sales team to make this happen. • You care for clients in a way that they not only finish their current program but want to stay part of our community for the long term.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in structured care or support for people — whether in coaching, nursing, public service, consulting, teaching, the police or armed forces, or a comparable field • Strong communication: you know how to engage people, build trust, and clearly address difficult truths • Disciplined, process-oriented work style — you follow a system before you question it • Emotional resilience: you can be empathetic to many clients at once without burning out • Background in structured environments (military, police, healthcare, public service, competitive sports, etc.) is a clear advantage • You want to build something together with the team and manage a stable client base
