• Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) • Ensure every lead is correctly captured and consistently tracked • Build and maintain automations such as email flows, lead nurturing and retargeting • Support the funnel & sales teams through segmentation and personalized customer journeys • Ensure consistent tracking through close collaboration with the performance & sales teams • Set up and maintain pipelines and deal stages in HubSpot • Integrate funnel tools (e.g., OnePage, ThriveCart, webinar systems) with HubSpot/ActiveCampaign • Implement tagging & lead scoring to identify hot leads early • Create email sequences (Welcome, Warm-up, Follow-up, Re‑engagement) • Monitor & report key metrics such as open rates, CTR, funnel conversion/throughput and no-show rates
• Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (especially HubSpot) • Technical understanding and the ability to integrate CRM systems with other tools • Strategic thinking when designing customer journeys • Self-directed, reliable and structured working style • Team-player mentality • Attention to detail and data integrity • German language skills at least at C1 level
