• Establish, expand and maintain existing customer relationships • Present new features and services and provide user training • Conduct regular customer meetings and gather feedback • Develop and implement customer-specific logistics projects • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and services
• Experience and skills in B2B sales, ideally in a start‑up, logistics or construction industry • Strong ability to analyze customers and their activities and derive concrete actions • Structured, independent and communicative team player • Fluent German (written and spoken), basic English • Driving license Class B, willingness to travel across Germany
