📋 Description

• Analyze Recidiviz product and intervention impact alongside research and impact-tracking leads • Build statistical models in Python and SQL to quantify historical impact and estimate future impact • Communicate impact-analysis findings to stakeholders across technical levels • Build automated workflows to continuously track progress in improving outcomes for the justice-involved population • Inform data-driven product strategy through collaboration with impact-tracking and research leads • Define product-usage and impact measures using Python, SQL, the aggregated metrics framework, and Looker • Consult with data analysis and data science teams on experimental and quasi-experimental rollout methodologies • Collaborate with growth and fundraising teams and develop reusable processes for repeated analyses

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time, professional work experience • 2 or more years of practical experience exploring, analyzing, and processing complex datasets • Professional work experience using SQL with large datasets • High proficiency writing efficient SQL queries for complex data extraction and transformation • High familiarity with Python, specifically Pandas, for statistical analysis and data visualization • Ability to inspect source data, reason about data models, examine results closely, and prepare usable data and analyses • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Enthusiasm for working with internal and external partners from diverse backgrounds and worldviews • Visa sponsorship is not available
