📋 Description

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, configurations, permissions, sharing settings, and information protection controls • Monitor SharePoint Online health, troubleshoot issues, resolve performance problems, and provide technical user support • Manage SharePoint site layouts, structures, content organization, metadata, document management, migrations, and cleanup • Analyze SharePoint activity and maintain records for audit and reporting • Report SharePoint health, usage, and improvement areas to IT management • Consult with business teams to apply SharePoint solutions to their goals and deliver training sessions and workshops • Track Microsoft updates and communicate relevant changes to IT leadership and users • Integrate Microsoft 365 and third-party tools with SharePoint Online • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, workflows, approvals, notifications, and data updates • Support Power BI report publishing, refresh monitoring, and basic workspace administration • Assist with Power Platform environment administration, governance controls, and DLP policies • Extend solutions with Power Pages and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions • Manage retention, sensitivity labeling, records management, information protection controls, and application/workflow inventories • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership on approved technical solutions • Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures • Support testing and rollout of approved Microsoft 365 feature enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SharePoint Online administration and support in a Microsoft 365 environment • 3+ years of Power Platform experience, focused on Power Apps and Power Automate • Practical experience managing SharePoint permissions, site configurations, libraries, and user support • Familiarity with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration tasks • Ability to gather business stakeholder requirements and implement practical technical solutions • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin tools, including SharePoint and Power Platform admin centers • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues independently • Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Detail-oriented and security-conscious mindset • Preferred: SharePoint Framework customization using TypeScript and/or React • Preferred: Microsoft Graph API familiarity • Preferred: custom Power Automate connectors or HTTP-triggered flows • Preferred: MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 certifications, or equivalent • Preferred: Microsoft Purview, Dataverse, SPFx, CoE Toolkit, ALM, Azure integrations, Copilot governance, SharePoint Syntex, or Viva Connections experience • Preferred: regulated-industry background and awareness of SOX, HIPAA, or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements

🏖️ Benefits

• Annual base salary of $115,000 - $130,000 • New hire training program completed within the first 90 days • Additional guidance and protective equipment, as necessary, for applicable radiation-safety roles
