📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to more than 20 Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout a state in the Southeast • Lead the organization's nursing strategy and establish policies, programs, and best practices to support the company's mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care • Build and mentor high-performing nursing teams • Develop future leaders and drive clinical excellence across multi-site operations • Implement quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and innovative clinical programs

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license • BSN required; MSN or other advanced degree preferred • 7-10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience • Minimum of 4-5 years in a senior multi-site leadership role supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities • Experience supporting Regional Directors of Nursing • Demonstrated success leading Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives • Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and Standards of Care outcomes • Proven ability to mentor and develop nursing leaders and build high-performing teams • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and change-management skills, with the ability to lead across diverse cultures and personalities • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously • Ability to travel regularly to facilities within the state (one state).
