📋 Description

• Diary management across the Client's client base • Email coordination for client meetings and evaluations • Annual regulatory meeting scheduling and follow-up • Weekly client fee allocation • LinkedIn outreach and post-meeting client communications • General client correspondence and follow-up • To-do list management and day-to-day admin • Any additional tasks as directed by the Client

🎯 Requirements

• Xero Experience / Accounting Software / Financial Experience. • Strong Admin Skills • Client Facing Skills – particularly via email LinkedIn • Strong Organizational Skills • Initiative
