📋 Description

• Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects and initiate outbound conversations • Use AI-guided conversation tools to prepare for calls, handle objections, and keep conversations natural and on-brand • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences, and CRM-based prospecting • Qualify leads, run initial discovery calls, and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team • Follow up by phone and email to move prospects through the pipeline • Maintain accurate and current CRM data with visible next steps • Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and meetings booked

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Exceptional verbal English communication — clear, confident, and easily understood by US-based prospects • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, SDR, or inside sales strongly preferred • Willingness to work in Eastern Time zone • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to prepare for and guide live conversations • Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo preferred • Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls — required for all remote applicants, regardless of location • Resilient, upbeat, and comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls • Must be legally authorized to work from your country of residence • Regular, proficient use of AI productivity tools, including platforms like Claude • Ability to adapt AI-suggested talk tracks into natural conversations • Ownership mindset and ability to hit lead-generation targets with minimal supervision
