📋 Description

• Serve as project lead for regulatory procedure implementation and process improvement initiatives • Coordinate department training, communication protocols and in-services • Assist with management of suspect products, including investigation, documentation, product release and final disposition • Process collections-related problems through the problem management system • Attend root cause meetings and visit blood drives and/or collection sites to assess compliance and standardization • Respond to procedural questions from staff at blood drives and on call • Process customer complaints, material review board reports, and supply and equipment problem deficiency reports • Ensure reports are accurate, complete, clear and concise • Develop, implement and monitor process and quality improvement initiatives • Support internal and external inspections/evaluations and staff training protocols • Ensure compliance with regulations and resolve regulatory issues • Participate on cross-functional teams supporting communications, problem management and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education • Minimum 3 years of related experience required • Supervisory experience preferred • System 11 training preferred • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively • Ability to analyze problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and assimilate information quickly • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills • Proficient with Microsoft office applications • Ability to work on a team • Some travel may be required
