📋 Description

• Draft, review, and manage the negotiating process of contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance • Use CLM software for contract management, workflow automation, and reporting • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations while monitoring key deadlines and obligations • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and business units to ensure contracts meet organizational needs • Assess contract risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential liabilities • Maintain accurate contract records, terms, and modifications in contract management systems • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate contract execution • Ensure contract governance, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance • Resolve contract-related disputes and issues • Provide training and guidance on contract processes and best practices • Analyze and report contract data to support strategic decision-making • Serve as a subject matter expert and project leader for large projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple contracts efficiently while maintaining compliance • Understanding of financial implications in contract structuring • Contract management and data analysis • May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout Red Cross locations • Experience in sales contract management within a healthcare setting preferred
