📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate data from organizational units • Prepare recommendations for financial plans and financial analyses • Provide financial forecasts supporting short- and long-term decision-making • Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to volunteers • Review and assess cases submitted by Domestic Disaster Cycle Services for compliance with policies and guidelines • Design, implement, and maintain automated processes and systems evaluating thousands of cases efficiently and accurately • Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects • Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control • Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and reports • Monitor operating budget processes and allocations • Analyze present and future performance • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required • CPA may be preferred • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Basic proficiency in personal computers, word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications • Ability to work on a team • Ability to work fully remotely from anywhere in the United States • Ability to travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
