📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science • Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for traditional dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools • Translate complex data findings into actionable growth opportunities and performance improvements • Ensure on-time delivery of insights, automate recurring reporting, and continuously improve data models • Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations • Manage ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery data pipelines • Build and maintain analytical tooling and data infrastructure supporting Reddit’s Large Customer Sales business channel • Help build agentic analytics tooling for Reddit’s GTM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles • 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases • 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar • Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis • Knowledge of BigQuery a plus • Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows • Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred
