📋 Description

• Shape tools, systems, and experiences that help businesses succeed on Reddit while keeping ads relevant, useful, and respectful • Design advertiser-facing platform experiences and recommendations and surfaces across Reddit’s ads ecosystem • Focus on Reporting, Account management, and Billing products • Translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive experiences • Help businesses understand performance, optimize outcomes, and manage accounts, permissions, and identity • Define experiences that simplify complexity, build trust, and improve advertiser outcomes • Shape ads experiences that feel native to Reddit and aligned with community expectations and culture • Understand advertiser needs and translate them into powerful, easy-to-use features • Drive alignment across diverse teams through exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentation • Identify opportunities to improve Reddit’s ads platform and ad experiences • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners • Execute across the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and systems thinking through detailed workflows and polished delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in designing for web and mobile applications • Strong product sensibilities • Mix of B2B and B2C experience • Experience in advertising tooling is a plus • Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations • Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company • Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
