📋 Description

• Lead design direction for key product initiatives focused on enterprise and franchise partners • Design scalable solutions for enterprise and franchise customers while partnering with domain squads for estimates, scheduling, and payments • Translate product strategy into user-centered solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences • Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing • Evaluate AI opportunities, challenge low-value applications, and incorporate AI judgment into discovery, prioritization, and design • Design AI-assisted experiences with error states, confidence signals, transparency, and feedback loops • Refine design processes, tools, and team rituals • Balance user needs with business goals to prioritize impactful design work • Present design decisions to cross-functional partners and leadership • Foster collaboration, feedback, and inclusivity within the design team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products across platforms • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Claude code, and AI prototyping tools • Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale • Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices • Experience collaborating in agile product teams • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs • Experience designing for enterprise, B2B, or multi-location and franchise products • Experience working in AI-accelerated development cycles with larger engineering squads • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to advocate for design • High emotional intelligence and a passion for supporting others • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution • Ability to build strong, cross-functional relationships across enterprise teams and domain squads • Curiosity for how people think, behave, and interact with technology • Multi-dimensional background with breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery • Personal resilience to learn from scratch and thrive in ambiguity
