📋 Description

• Conduct user research, including contextual inquiries, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and usability testing • Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify insights and inform design decisions • Identify and solve design problems effectively • Translate user needs and client/stakeholder goals into design strategies and deliverables • Design content layouts, navigation structures, and user flows for websites and applications • Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to iterate on design solutions • Define and implement visual styles and design standards • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure usability and accessibility using Section 508 and WCAG standards • Document design processes and create wireframes, mockups, and style guides • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency of design outputs • Apply Agile methodologies to UX design and iterate based on feedback • Work with stakeholders, developers, and designers to understand complex problems and collaborate on effective solutions • Execute UX methodologies to design intuitive and effective digital solutions aligned with user needs and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design • Strong design portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design work • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Sketch, or Balsamiq • Experience designing wireframes, mockups, and interaction models • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development
