📋 Description

• Drive and execute product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement • Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap supporting Notifications and company strategic initiatives • Collaborate with design, data, developers, and product managers to understand problems, capture ideas, and manage a prioritized requirements backlog • Participate in quarterly planning to define initiatives, resolve dependencies, and perform data-driven prioritization • Analyze feature and experiment results and communicate learnings to the team and company • Analyze data to synthesize insights and build more personalized product features • Partner with internal business, operations, and partnerships teams to launch and maintain features impacting Reddit’s growth • Drive market and usability research to identify opportunities and develop strategy • Build a real-time notifications platform spanning in-app, push, email, and potentially new channels • Address reach, addressability, off-platform conversion, inventory development, and post-click experience optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience growing at-scale consumer products and understanding growth via improved user experiences • Strong analytical skills • Ability to build SQL queries from scratch • Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing data and making data-driven decisions • Experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps • Experience setting OKRs • Experience defining, running, and measuring experiments • Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, data science, and other cross-functional teams • Ability to define team goals and success metrics and track progress against business objectives • Independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal • Preferred: experience with Consumer Growth and scaled experimentation • Preferred: experience with high-traffic consumer experience and/or ML-adjacent products • Preferred: UX/Mobile, Engineering, and/or Data Science background
