📋 Description

• Cultivate technical talent and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture • Lead a team of technical delivery associates as a people manager • Facilitate associate onboarding and create strategically aligned enablement plans • Align associate skills and career goals with incoming project demands alongside the Resource Management Office • Guide associates through enablement plans and regional giveback initiatives during downtime between projects • Conduct coaching sessions, quarterly performance connections, and career advancement planning • Coordinate with project managers and regional leadership during engagement preparation, kick-offs, and closeouts • Lead behavioral interviewing and technical talent selection • Mentor associates and advocate for the team • Address, de-escalate, and resolve associate challenges with leadership, delivery teams, and HR • Champion team achievements and create opportunities to showcase their work • Lead or contribute to regional strategic initiatives, Communities of Practice, planning, hiring, and rewards programs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for and experience in people management, career coaching, onboarding, and talent mentorship • Understanding of the technical consulting landscape, software concept fundamentals, and customer delivery models • Experience with project coordination, delivery execution, or core project management workflows • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities, and execute strategic plans independently • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver clear, influential messages across organizational levels • Enthusiastic self-starter able to thrive in a distributed, remote-first team environment • Flexibility for periodic travel
