📋 Description

• Lead execution of multiple complex programs aligned with business objectives • Mentor and guide junior team members • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders • Manage program risks and develop creative solutions to challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for program outcomes • Prepare and present executive-level reports and program updates • Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope • Coach and mentor junior project and program managers • Maintain professionalism when solving problems and resolving issues • Develop foundational knowledge of Red Hat technologies • Maintain awareness of emerging Red Hat technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance • Knowledge of industry project management and technical delivery methodologies based on PMI, system and software development, product development, or scrum • 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing IT consulting projects • Ability to affect, inspect, and adapt company culture • Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams and individual contributors and mediate conflicts • Experience using project management and Agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Frequent travel may be required to work alongside public sector customers • Scrum Master or Project Management certifications are a plus
