📋 Description

• Lead the modernization of a mission-critical legacy system managing billions of dollars in international security cooperation. • Work as an "Agent-native" engineer using AI-led development tools daily to replace a decades-old Oracle-based platform. • Own the modernization ground, ensuring complex production data is migrated with financial-grade proof while building across the full stack (UI, API, and Infrastructure).

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance. • 7+ years of experience building and operating production data systems. • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) on real-world codebases. • Strong track record with relational data systems, including schema design, migration, and performance tuning. • Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL and legacy database logic. • Professional fluency in the modern web stack: TypeScript, Node.js, and React. • Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD fundamentals.
