📋 Description

• Join a small, paid advisory panel of 3–5 licensed mortgage brokers • Walk the product team through guiding borrowers from first conversation to application and pre-approval • Share what borrowers misunderstand and how to explain it • React to early product ideas and identify what would help or fail • Explain compliance with rules such as the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) • Participate in 30–45 minute video conversations with product team members • Directly shape Bankrate's products for guiding borrowers through the home loan process

🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator at an independent brokerage, or a dual-licensed real estate agent who originates loans • Based in the United States • Submit applications to at least 2 lenders • Personally closed at least 15 loans in the last 12 months and work directly with borrowers • Available for about 3 hours a month for 3 months • Employer's OK for outside consulting if working for a firm • Processors, underwriters, and closers are not the right fit
