📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for active providers following onboarding • Build and maintain relationships with providers and clinic staff • Conduct regular outreach and relationship check-ins to promote engagement and satisfaction • Understand providers' operational needs and identify experience improvements • Respond to provider questions, concerns, and operational requests • Own provider issues from intake through resolution, ensuring communication and follow-up • Coordinate with Scheduling, Credentialing, Compliance, Quality, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations • Escalate complex issues while maintaining provider communication • Support portal access, profile maintenance, account updates, and operational guidance • Communicate workflow changes, policy updates, announcements, and system enhancements • Maintain provider documentation in Salesforce and other operational systems • Monitor feedback, satisfaction trends, and recurring operational challenges • Identify workflow, communication, and experience improvements • Submit enhancement requests and partner with stakeholders to improve provider tools and systems • Develop provider-facing resources such as templates, reference guides, FAQs, and educational materials • Track interactions, escalations, and resolutions • Prepare reports on satisfaction, operational trends, escalations, and retention metrics • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, customer success, account management, practice support, or a related healthcare environment • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. as a full-time employee; no visa sponsorship • Must comply with HIPAA and company privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements
