📋 Description

• Assist with planning and developing the 2027 Behavioral Health Program • Provide clinical leadership and guidance during program development • Develop clinical policies, procedures, and service delivery standards • Support MaineCare and Maine DHHS regulatory compliance • Assist with clinical staffing, training, and supervision • Establish quality assurance and clinical documentation processes • Collaborate with executive leadership on program growth and implementation • Build relationships with community partners and referral sources

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field • Active Maine clinical license, preferably LCSW or LCPC • Experience in behavioral health services and clinical supervision • Knowledge of MaineCare and Maine behavioral health regulations preferred • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Experience in program development is a plus
