📋 Description

• Provide accurate and timely product selection guidance based on customer requirements • Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Design, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and video conferencing • Deliver basic post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries • Leverage Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping resources to resolve customer needs • Prepare and document pricing proposals for modified or customized product configurations • Support field sales teams in managing accounts and driving product direction, profitability, growth, and sales objectives • Contribute to standard procedures and policies promoting lean office practices and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related discipline • Prior exposure to application engineering or technical support is preferred (entry level) • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies preferred • Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Candidates may need to be a “U.S. Person” under federal export control laws, including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted asylum in the United States, or refugees in the United States
