• Engage in the exchange of scientific data and medical information with KOLs, HCPs, researchers, pharmacists and population-based decision makers. • Demonstrate thorough understanding of B-Cell Malignancies, including NHL and Multiple Myeloma, aligned with strategic medical plans. • Identify and maintain lists of medical/therapeutic area experts, investigator targets and associated action plans. • Establish, foster, cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs in Hematological Malignancies. • Act as the primary clinical/scientific resource for disease-state and product information. • Participate in development and management of company-sponsored clinical trials. • Establish scientific relationships with investigators and internal Medical Affairs and support the investigator-initiated study concept program. • Identify research and treatment-landscape insights to shape medical strategy. • Identify research gaps and create opportunities with investigators and site personnel. • Respond to information requests and present/discuss scientific and clinical data. • Attend medical conferences and collect/report scientific, clinical and competitive intelligence. • Maintain company policies, procedures, principles and financial controls with integrity and professionalism.
• A terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP or DVM) is required. • 8+ years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years within a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison function. • Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharma regulations/compliant practices, and OIG guidelines. • Residency in the assigned territory. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Established relationships with KOLs and institutions focused on Hematologic Malignancies is preferred. • Drug launch experience is preferred. • Capable of frequent business travel, approximately 70% of time, including air travel, overnight and occasional weekends.
