• Enhance and improve interactions with key external US hematology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Oncology/Hematology Leadership Team leaders • Engage in strategic discussions with assigned key thought leaders to gather insights and share clinical information • Conduct substantive business discussions related to on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews • Drive strategic thought leader engagements using a customer-centric, needs-based approach • Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at conferences and during day-to-day business • Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography • Support thought leader development • Support speaker bureau program placement and execution, including identifying potential speakers, managing speaker-training logistics, and providing feedback to improve presentation effectiveness • Share insights from thought leader interactions with Marketing and other functional groups • Support regional and national advisory board planning, recommend potential participants, and coordinate selected thought leaders’ participation • Ensure all thought leader interactions and activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines
• Must reside in one of the following states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky • Must be able to travel 60%-80% of time within the territory • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification a plus • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in 2 or more relevant areas, including Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, or relevant medical/clinical experience • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience • Experience in hematology/oncology markets strongly preferred • Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical industry marketing strategies • Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred • Strong organizational skills • Project management experience • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines • Proven team player
