📋 Description

• Enhance and improve interactions with key external US Neurology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices • Work with cross-functional leaders from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and the Neurology Leadership Team • Engage in strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with assigned thought leaders • Conduct business discussions related to on-label product information, disease state, and corporate overviews • Drive strategic thought leader engagements using a customer-centric, needs-based approach • Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local, regional, and national conferences and during day-to-day business • Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography • Assist with thought leader development • Support speaker bureau buildout, including identifying potential speakers, managing speaker-training logistics, and providing presentation feedback • Share thought-leader insights with Marketing and other functional groups • Support regional and national advisory board planning, recommending participants and coordinating selected thought leaders’ participation • Ensure interactions and activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in two or more of: Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience • Experience in Neurology markets strongly preferred • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry • Strong organizational skills and project management experience • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be able to travel 60%-80% of time • Strong science background with deep knowledge of hematology/oncology • Ability to comprehend complex information and distill it into concise presentations • Ability to collaborate with and provide input/feedback to project team functions • Ability to balance or lead multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and communication skills • Comfortable engaging with individuals at all organizational levels and across functional teams
