📋 Description

• Support SaaS customers in using our products • First point of contact for customer inquiries and understanding customer goals • Lead regular meetings with customers • Support product development by reporting bugs and submitting feature requests

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience working with customers • Ability to work and think in a structured way in German and English • Good basic understanding of technical environments • Openness to dynamic environments and flexible structures • Confident, friendly, honest, and respectful
