📋 Description

• Lead a team of supervisors and managers overseeing construction permanent loan risk evaluations • Review builders, contracts, costs/budgets, appraisals, home design/specification complexity, surveys, and internal program guidelines • Oversee resolution of past-due interest loans, matured loans, loans with liens or lawsuits, builder/borrower disputes, and other problem loans • Work with borrowers, builders, title agents, and attorneys within the compliance framework to achieve favorable outcomes for the bank • Establish project review guidelines compliant with state statutes and Regions’ Construction Permanent loan agreement • Direct departmental operations, analytics, and reporting • Address problem loans and provide appropriate solutions • Manage cross-departmental efforts to convert loans in a timely manner • Oversee departmental staffing according to business cycles and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of experience in banking or a related field OR High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of experience in banking or a related field • Three (3) year of supervisory/management experience • Knowledge of construction lending administration and processes • Ability to solve complex customer issues • Ability to supervise and manage a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Strong organizational skills • Strong time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
