📋 Description

• Assemble and distribute waste and recycling carts throughout the country • Travel for weeks at a time with the team and A&D Supervisor from one project to another • Communicate with supervisors and team members about safety and operational matters • Inspect trucks and trailers for safety-related issues and communicate concerns • Execute daily tasks including lifting stacks, building carts, delivering carts, and load securement • Communicate potential field issues to the Supervisor • Contribute to customer satisfaction goals • Propose ideas to improve project efficiency • Achieve daily productivity targets while maintaining safety and quality • Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements • Address and rectify quality and safety issues with the Supervisor • Understand and embrace Rehrig Pacific Company’s vision, mission, and core values

🎯 Requirements

• Able to pass a background check and drug test • Able to work in a team setting under direct supervision of A&D Supervisor • Work in all weather conditions • Able to lift and move carts up to 50 lbs • High school or equivalent • General Labor Experience: 1 year required • Travel up to 80% of the year • Core performance behaviors: Living Our Values, Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Drives Results, Collaborates, Self-Development, Situational Adaptability
