📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric evaluations, addiction care, and medication management through a telehealth platform • Provide accessible, compassionate, and effective psychiatric care • Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators • Participate in biweekly collaborative case conferences for high-risk members • Educate members on preventative practices and lifestyle habits • Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric practices and share knowledge with the clinical community • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress

🎯 Requirements

• Active or pending unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in New York • Active or pending DEA certification/registration in New York • Active ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry • Experience or willingness to treat individuals with substance use disorders, including OUD or AUD • Ability to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) • Ability to learn and use new technologies in a tech-heavy startup • Ability to provide patient-centered psychiatric care • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
