📋 Description

• Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of Practical Guidance content for the Labor and Employment practice area • Design, own, and execute content upkeep processes and workflows • Monitor current awareness sources, legal developments, legislation, regulations, agency guidance, court decisions, and other relevant changes in law • Assess the impact of legal developments on existing Practical Guidance content • Perform legal research and editorial tasks for updating existing content • Draft, revise, and edit Practical Guidance content to editorial standards • Maintain and update legal development trackers and other customer-facing tools • Oversee and execute content remediation projects focused on quality, usability, navigation, organization, currency, and consistency • Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows and validate legal accuracy • Partner with LNNAUK, GPO, and GTO teams on content strategy, workflow improvements, product enhancements, and customer-focused initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and at least two years of recent practice experience, or equivalent relevant experience, in specific area of law • Strong ability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments within a specific practice area • Experience conducting legal research and applying findings to practical, user-focused content updates • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and usability • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows aligned to business goals and deadlines • Experience improving content quality, organization, and customer experience • Familiarity with or interest in applying AI and emerging technologies in editorial processes • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high editorial and legal standards
